Duriyyah Ellis
I spend a lot of my time pouring into others—as a nurse practitioner, business owner, mom, friend, and simply as a woman.
And I've realized we're really good at making time for what needs us. Work. Family. Business. Life. But we're not always as intentional about making time for ourselves.
I created This Is For You to make that time intentional.
Not just another event to attend, but a few hours designed to experience something new, learn, connect, be poured into, and actually enjoy the moment.
Each TIFY experience is different by design. We've created spaces around wellness, skincare, movement, local businesses, and community. Because the activity was never the point. The feeling was. This time is for you.
